We do not accept returns because of the environmental impact, however, if you have any issues with a product you have purchased (damaged and/or defective), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address them.
In keeping with our mission, Vanilla Chill does not accept returns. Returned products generate 5 billion pounds of waste through returns. Thank you for being earth-friendly. If you do have any issues with your product, please email us and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.
Also, depending on where you live, you may be subject to pay a customs fee that we are not responsible for. If you are experiencing any trouble, please email us at email@example.com so we can assist you.
